How can we possibly express our gratitude? Here is a fact that only a few of us know... We could not have relaxed to enjoy our wedding without having had you to pilot it to a safe landing. You rescued the night from a dozen near disasters and nobody even knew. Thank you for the hours and hours of pre-wedding planning that you put in. Thank you for blowing us away with that beautiful rendition of "Gabriel's Oboe" that you played and orchestrated. It had us in tears.

As chairman of the entertainment committee for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Gala, I specifically sought out The Don Eaton Band to provide the entertainment for this premier Philadelphia charity event. I, and my family, have known Don, as well as several members of his orchestra for many years. We have been fortunate to have Don's Orchestra play at more than one of our family affairs, and I knew that his Orchestra would truly enhance the magic and success that became the JDRF Gala..

The music was absolutely excellent in breadth of repertoire, energy and professionalism of presentation, and appropriateness for the occasion. Moreover, Don fully invested himself in even the smallest details of planning to ensure the success of the event. He even participated in a conference call "minute by minute run through" of the evening's timeline, which not only impressed the JDRF Gala chairs and committee participants, but also helped improve and define the flow of events for the entire evening. Despite a history of prior Gala attendees leaving after the keynote speakers, this event was dramatically different, with the dance floor packed throughout the entire night. The overwhelming success of the Gala went beyond the 1.3 million dollars raised, and that evening, and the amazing music which helped create the spirited and generous atmosphere, has continued to be a benchmark for all JDRF Galas since, and yet to come.

I am happy to unequivocally recommend The Don Eaton Band without reservation. His and his orchestra members', music, professionalism, and personalities, truly distinguish them as one of the premier entertainment musical groups in our area.

Don, our daughter's wedding was elegant and FUN- because of the artistic performance of your very gifted orchestra. The music was the hallmark of the event with everyone dancing to a great selection of music that awed our guests. And we did have a spectrum of guests- swaying to memorable songs, to the Latin beat, good oldies, rock-n-roll, etc.. We had guests who were simply mesmerized with your musical performance and just listened and watched you.

Thank you so much for the most amazing night! I am so glad we chose the Don Eaton Band for our reception. As you know, I had several concerns, including the size of the room and having a 10 piece orchestra for a wedding with only 100 guests. The reception site had warned us that a band your size would blow everyone away. The sound was perfect. I never felt that the volume was too loud. That is a testament to how skillful your sound technicians are because it was a small and awkward-shaped room. Your musicians are extremely talented. Your singers are some of the best I have heard, and being a singer myself, that was very important to me. The range of music they perform is remarkable and very important for a wedding where people want to hear a wide range of songs. Gene, your coordinator, is obviously very good at what he does. He is easy to work with, understanding and very professional and he made sure everyone was on the same page so that the night ran as smoothly as possible. Obviously, all of the guests agreed with me, because the dance floor was packed all night, just the way we wanted it and my friends and family have not stopped talking about how great of a wedding it was. Besides the fact that the band sounds absolutely amazing and had our guests on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, Don is so extremely professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. Don was incredible as the MC and the band sounded amazing all night!
Our entire party was on the dance floor the whole night dancing and we even had a few guests tell us they couldn't fit a few times because it was so packed! Everyone told us after that the band was amazing too. Don was so much fun to work with and plan out exactly what we wanted. He learned our musical taste as a couple and really tailored everything he played to fit our style. Also, our wedding was in Central NJ and as a Philadelphia based band, they had no issues traveling up to play at our wedding. Would highly recommend this band for your wedding as the band really makes or breaks the party and Don Eaton will definitely make the party! Very happy we chose them to represent us for our special day, would pick them again in a heartbeat.

The Don Eaton Band is the best in the business!
They are super responsive and easy to work with--our planning phone call with Don really helped me understand the flow of our night and assured me that the wedding was going to be a blast--which it was. I can't tell you how many people commented on how amazing the band was--definitely a highlight. They understand what songs to play and when, they are masters at reading the crowd. We had almost everyone at our 200 person wedding dancing...if that doesn't speak to how incredible they are, I don't know what else does! They are true professionals--we had some issues with the power (venue issues) and they stepped up to help fix the problem, going above and beyond what they were expected to do! They went with the flow and swiftly handled the issue without most of the guests even realizing what happened. The Don Eaton Band totally exceeded our expectations!
We were in a rush to book a band and took a chance booking them prior to hearing them live based solely off reviews and what we had heard online. After our wedding, I am floored that we got so lucky that they were even available! Guests are still talking about how amazing they were, asking how we found them and already trying to book them! Don made the entire process easy and I was astonished with how much he truly cared, paid attention to every detail and wanted to get to know us leading up to the wedding.
